AHHHHH! I can't change the song on my blog. Sickening. It's been there for almost a month.
I've been teaching tuition for 2 weeks now, 4 lessons, and I seem to have learnt a lot in the process. I've re-understood the mathematics I didn't use to understand back in secondary school and I've also discovered new technics for both myself and my student to understand the topic better. At the same time, I'm becoming bewildered at how some people can have the "want-to-do-well-and-not-study" attitude. In my opinion, a person who wants to study and do well may or may not achieve good results, but someone who doesn't even want to study will never achieve good results. Good thing my student is only aiming for a pass as it lessens the burden I have on myself. But I do not think I'll allow myself to settle for that. No doubt I took up the job for the extra cash each month, but it will be terrible if I disregard his studies as any of my top priorities.
Sometimes, when I'm really free, I start to think about what I'm doing, and I cannot answer myself, at least at this present moment. If there's any goal I'm looking forward to it'll have to be my ORD on 23rd January 2009. Other than that, I think most of the stuff I'm doing is because I have to be doing things. I'm turning 20 soon, and I don't think I have much to boast about under my name. I'm not exceptionally good in studies, nor athletic, not super popular among friends nor outstandingly good looking. This is probably because I didn't have a goal for the past 20 years of my life. I did not work towards achieving any of the above mentioned. To be frank, I see this in many of my friends too. I'm hoping university life can bring a change to all these., to bring a change to my life. But that will be in 1 year's time. As of now, I am only looking forward to next month, of which I turn 20 and also have my bangkok overseas trip. That can probably inject some excitement into my utterly mundane life.

I've changed my blog template to this really cool navigation type which may be confusing to people who were following my old blogs. But the fact that you are able to reach this page means that you understand how this works and that your iq is not so low after all.
Everything I type on my blog are my own personal comments purely for memory (or in certain cases, stress relieving) purposes and not targetted on inflicting irreversible mental trauma on whoever's name that is mentioned. I also do not like to discuss things mentioned in the blog outside of my blog. What's in the blog, remains in the blog.
Please tag on the tagboard to give me constructive comments or just to say hi. I love to say hi because greetings are free.
Remember to check out the songs I'm listening to in the music box segment located at the lower orange rectangle.

I just got bitten by a small black ant-lookalike organism about the size of a drop of sweat. In a few hours, my arm became swollen to the size a papaya. To think something as small as that can cause such agony to someone who is a few thousand times its size. I really think Singapore should use this as an example during national parade to show young Singaporeans how powerful Singapore can be. As if now, it is the size of a small mango.
