I am super bloody tired now. I have been out of my house consecutively for the past few days, so much so that I think it's more than the past 2 months put together. But oh wells, I know the next few weeks will be crazy mugging period so if I don't enjoy now, then when?
Started with gym with zuhao on tuesday morning. I realised how unfit I've become ever since the revision for prelims began and I'm really determined to get my fitness back. That means more gym, more running and more crunches. Went back to school after that to play my sport of the year- floorball! We had to clear 510 sets of tables and chairs to the stage, back and sides of the hall before we could get started, but when the game started, I guess everyone felt it was worth the effort. Being in a clearly underpowered team, I decided I should just stay back and defend with the S13 guys and it worked well. We were leading 9-0 before they managed to change the score to 10-2 at full time. Still a fantastic scoreline from the way I see it, and some supposedly good players turned out to be mediocre after all and many should have been sent off for high sticks if it was a real game. Left at 4+ to meet up with S27 at orchard for more walking and window shopping. Reached home at 10+.
Wednesday was pulau ubin day. Met the class at changi jetty and realised i left something on the bus, so I had to take a cab back to tpjc to "hijack" the same bus so that i could get it back. Kinda drama right in the morning. Upon reaching ubin, we got our bikes and started our exploration of the island. it has been 1 and a half years since I stepped foot on ubin. Quite an unconventional outing for a class I guess, but we were not alone. Saw some s46 guys at ubin as well. Stopped by at this house with lots of animals. The uncle plucked us some weeds to feed the rabbits and took out the really tiny baby rabbits for them to take some pictures. realised no one brought cameras and so we could only rely on camera phones. The only picture I managed to capture there was of Ah-Cik, the uncle's biggest pet-the wild boar.
Had some cheong hing injury drama halfway through but i guess he's pretty alright. Stopped by for coconut and some year-end overseas trip committee meeting. Continued for a while before the rain started to pour and we had to settle with playing bluff at the information kiosk. That was where I saw an old photo of some sting ray I took a couple of years ago, as if.
When the rain stopped, i immediately rushed home to take a quick bath and dinner before heading to primero's house for stayover. Played WWE, winning eleven and Scrabble with totally made me shag.
Results for prelims tommorow! Sigh.

I've changed my blog template to this really cool navigation type which may be confusing to people who were following my old blogs. But the fact that you are able to reach this page means that you understand how this works and that your iq is not so low after all.
Everything I type on my blog are my own personal comments purely for memory (or in certain cases, stress relieving) purposes and not targetted on inflicting irreversible mental trauma on whoever's name that is mentioned. I also do not like to discuss things mentioned in the blog outside of my blog. What's in the blog, remains in the blog.
Please tag on the tagboard to give me constructive comments or just to say hi. I love to say hi because greetings are free.

So today was the day I went to take the family photo. Had to go all the way down to alexandra road and wait for about 2 hours before we could start the phototaking session. Started with my family and ah gong and ah ma, then my family, then uncle charlie's family and finally my sis's solo shots. The photographer looks a lot like francis. then he made my ah ma do the job of making everyone smile because she has to say "chio chio" *smile smile in hokkien* before each shot so we would smile. The whole thingy went smoothly but the pictures are not ready yet. I'll post them up when they're ready, especially the funny ones.
After that we went to tiong bahru to eat lunch and proceeded home. Slept my ass off until 7+ when joyce sms that the stayover was off. Sadness. haven't been in touch with the house comm people for some time (other than jenn haur), and I'm feeling damn guilty for missing the bbq at pam's house. Hopefully there'll be some gathering real soon before the revisions for As start.
Tomorrow's a busy day. Starts with gym with zuhao, floorball in school and going out at night with s27.

Just went to send chunhan off for 4 years studies at london. Gonna send off jinfeng this friday to imperial college. Seeing them leave one by one makes me wanna work harder for an overseas scholarship too. The feeling of venturing to a distant place, seeking to make your mark there really thrills me. The sight of friends and family seeing you off and well wishes also make you feel that you're much more loved than you thought you had ever been. Maybe that's for me. To me, relationships are the most important aspect of my life, more important than any other achievements I have, if any. That was why I was looking forward to today, where I was reunited with the NPCC guys. I had always loved these times, talking about the past and enjoying each others company. This is the time where I feel important and part of a "family". I guess these are really true friends with nothing held back from you and no attempt to hurt you in any way. That is why I love NPCC, or rather, time spent with the people from NPCC.
Spent the afternoon at ian's grandma's place with mahjong and x box. Quite a nice and cosy place I have to admit, providing an always available chalet for the class in future. As usual, I lost a couple of dollars but jason decided not to count it. The second time I escaped this week. Anyway, I think ian's driving skills was not bad, at least he managed to send me from that place to the mrt station without really knowing the route.
Gonna take some family photo tomorrow at some studio in tiong bahru for my sis's graduation. Hope it turns out well. I'm sure some drama will happen tomorrow. I can't wait!

As you guys can see, my blog has shifted! Decided that the old one contained some unpleasant memories and other stuff so I decided to leave them all at the other blog, hoping this will only contain happy stuff. It is also to celebrate the end of prelims, which ended yesterday at 9.15am. It felt like a huge load off my chest, but at the same time, a growing dark cloud is emerging from the back of my head as I await the results that's coming like end of next week. Hopefully, I might still be able to hit my target of at least 1 A and all results not worse den C.
Anyway, if you're wondering what "ubi sunt" actually means, it refers to "the good old days" in Latin. I forgot where I came across it but when I was deciding the URL for this blog it suddenly jumped out of my brain and into the address. It's not too bad a name either I guess, hoping life returns to the good old days when we were young and free of problems and stress.
So, exams ended for me yesterday since I'm one of the many out there without S papers. As half of my class still has S papers, I spent the day with primero and gang at his house, with soccer and winning 11. My only solo win being a chelsea 1-0 victory over cheehoe's newcastle. Caught maimi vice at the cathay and i have to agree it was a damn nice show. I think Jamie Foxx is way cooler than Colin Farrell because the latter fell for Gong Li. Shan't be a spoiler here but I would seriously reccommend this show to everyone manz. Hoping to catch Singapore dreaming and world trade centre soon.
On a side note, I can't seem to get rid of the addiction of playing football manager I got since mugging for prelims. Till now my chelsea team has won 3 primiership titles, 1 FA cup, 1 league cup, 1 champions league and I've been appointed england manager, all in 4 years! Guess I'll go and take a lousy team from next season onwards.
